Mutton with lentils

Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram mutton
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 onion
  • 125 grams lentils
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 liter beef broth
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 0,25 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon red chilies
  • 0.5 teaspoons grams masala

Preparation method (receipt)

Fry in the hot oil the cumin, bay leaf, cinnamon stick and chopped onions. Fry the meat until golden brown. Add lentils, salt; chili, broth, chopped garlic, turmeric and simmer 1 hour prior to softness, add the garam masala and cook another 15 minutes.
