Swabian style spätzle with sausages


  • 1 kilogram flour
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 500 grams smoked sausages
  • 1 liter meat broth

Preparation method (receipt)

Cut sausages small cubes. Mix the flour, eggs and salt until until dough starts to bubble. Add to the dough sausage cubes and chopped parsley. Planted in boiling water spätzle with a special grater or a knife and cook over low heat until they float. Rinse with cold water and serve with hot meat broth.
