Mini-meatballs

Ingredients

  • 250 grams mixed minced meat
  • 1 egg
  • 0,5 onion
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove of garlic, passed through the press
  • sweet paprika powder
  • mustard
  • salt and pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Mix minced meat, chopped onion,garlic, mustard, egg, breadcrumbs, season with sweet paprika powder, pepper and salt. Wet your hand and Shape the mixture into meatballs, take to the fridge for an hour.Fry meatballs in the vegetable oil on low heat. Meatballs could be served cold.\n\n
