Braised with onions beef


  • 375 grams beef
  • 250 grams onions
  • 50 grams butter
  • 0.5 liter beef broth
  • salt to taste
  • 2 peppercorns
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 clove buds
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 0,5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoons white pepper
  • 0,5 tablespoons capers

Preparation method (receipt)

Wash the meat, dry and dice. Fry in the melted butter, add chopped coarsely onions and sauté for a few minutes, stirring.Pour the broth, salt, add the bay leaf and clove, stew on low heat until soft. Add breadcrumbs, lemon juice and capers, serve.
