Peel and chop the garlic. Wash and chop the basil. Mix the basil, garlic, a pinch of salt, ground red pepper, the juice of half a lemon and a little olive oil and mix well. Leave the mass for 3 hours in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Fry the steaks in olive oil for 2-5 minutes, depending on the desired degree of roasting.
