Steaks with goat cheese


  • 2 beef fillet (about 150-200 grams each)
  • 100 grams fresh goat cheese
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 1 pinch of red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel and chop the garlic. Wash and chop the basil. Mix the basil, garlic, a pinch of salt, ground red pepper, the juice of half a lemon and a little olive oil and mix well. Leave the mass for 3 hours in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Fry the steaks in olive oil for 2-5 minutes, depending on the desired degree of roasting. Put in a refractory form, positioned on top the cheese mass and bake for 30 minutes.
