1 piece of root ginger(about 2 cm) ,peeled and finely grated
5 tablespoons honey
1 pinch of ground chili pepper
1 tablespoon mustard
2 cloves of garlic
pepper

Wash mutton, dry. Mix all the other ingredients into a thick marinade, brush them mutton. Remove to refrigerate at least 1 hour. Fry the steaks on the coals for 8-10 minutes.
