White sausages barbecues


  • 8 white sausages, sliced
  • 3 sweet peppers
  • 2 large onions
  • For the marinade: 1 tablespoon sweet mustard
  • 1 teaspoon grated black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon herb salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons spicy paprika powder
  • 4 sprigs of parsley
  • 3 tablespoons beer

Preparation method (receipt)

Cut into small pieces parsley. Make a marinade of spices and beer, leave it white sausage slices for 3-4 hours. Cut peppers and onion slices about the same as the sausages. Threaded on skewers alternately sweet peppers, slice sausages and onions. Fry on the grill for about 10 minutes and serve immediately.
