Pork medallions with rosemary and red onion


  • 4 slices of pork loin (about150 grams each)
  • salt
  • 2 red onions
  • 4 rosemary sprigs
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon grains of pink pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Wash the meat and dry. Peel onions and cut into 8 parts. Wash the rosemary and dry. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan, add a half or rosemary. Fry the meat for 1 minute on each side, reduce the heat and fry for 5-6 minutes. In 2-3 minutes before done add onions and the remaining rosemary, salt to taste and sprinkle with pink pepper.
