Tyrolean style cheese-shpik potatoes with


  • 12 waxy potatoes
  • 150 grams raclette cheese
  • 12 slices of Tyrolean shpik
  • 12 sprigs of thyme
  • pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Wash potatoes and boil it in salt slightlt water. Warm the oven up to 200 degrees Celsius. Cut each potato in half, strew with pepper and salt. Put a piece of cheeze down to the one part of potato, cver with the other part. Lay thyme leafs and potatoes with cheeze out to slab bacon, wrap it all up, lay with a seam down on a sheet covered with baking paper. Put in a warmed-up oven for 15 minutes.
