Grilled pork chops


  • 1 bunch of fresh thyme
  • 2 red chile peppers
  • 3 cloves of garlic 125 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 8 pork steaks

Finely chop the thyme and chili pepper, garlic passed through the press, mix all with vegetable oil. Grate steaks prepared marinade and leave for 1-2 hours. Shake off excess marinade and cook on the grill for 6-8 minutes on each side, season with salt and pepper.
