Egg pancakes

Ingredients

  • 80 grams potato flour
  • 80 grams cornstarch
  • 3 eggs
  • 400 milliliters milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation method (receipt)

Mix the potato flour with cornstarch and strain. Add eggs, milk, sugar, whisk. Fry pancakes in the vegetable oil( about 1 tablespoon for one pancake).
