Nut corners


  • 100 grams flour
  • 0,25 teaspoons baking powder
  • 45 grams sugar
  • 0.25 package of vanilla sugar
  • 0,5 egg
  • 40 grams margarine
  • 2 tablespoons apricot jam
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 80 grams butter
  • 0.5 package of vanilla sugar
  • 1.5 tablespoons water
  • 65 grams hazelnuts, chopped
  • 65 grams almonds, chopped

Preparation method (receipt)

Whisk flour with baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and margarine. Quickly knead elastic dough and roll out on baking tray. Grease the dough with aprocot jam. Melt butter in the pot, add sugar, vanilla sugar and water, bring to boil, stir in chopped nuts. Evenly spread the nut topping on the dough and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Cool on a grill and cut diagonally to make triangles.
