Apple-berry pancakes


  • 65 grams flour
  • 20 grams sugar
  • 1 medium size egg
  • 0.5 package of vanilla sugar
  • 50 milliliters milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 0.5 big apple or 100 grams blueberries
  • 0.5 cup of cherry or 100 grams currants
  • sugar for topping
  • butter, vegetable oil or margarine

Preparation method (receipt)

Prepare fruits: peel and cut apple, if you use berries- peel them from seeds. Separate yolk from the egg white. Rub the yolks with sugar,vanilla sugar, salt, milk and flour , knead a dough without lumps. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Add apple(or berries) in the dough and gently add whites. Heat the oil in the pan. Make 3 pancakes, sprinkle with sugar and serve immediately.
