Yeast hash browns


  • 40 grams yeast
  • 500 grams flour
  • 250 milliliters warm milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 100 grams currant
  • 50g raisins
  • 500 grams potatoes
  • lard for frying

Preparation method (receipt)

Mix yeast with a small amount of milk, sugar and flour. Leave for 15 minutes. Grate peeled raw potatoes, pour the hot milk, add flour, and brew the remaining ingredients and leave for 1 hour to approach. Oven pancakes on the hot lard on both sides.
