Strudel with cottage cheese


  • 250g pasty cheese (quark)
  • 120 grams sugar
  • 2 tablespoons semolina
  • 0.5 vanilla pudding powder
  • 250 milliliters milk
  • 1 egg
  • water
  • 1 package of chilled puff pastry
  • rum raisins

Preparation method (receipt)

Mix milk, vanilla pudding powder, sugar and semolina, pour in the saucepan and bring to a boil on low heat, cool. Rub the cottage cheese with egg and mix with cooled pudding, add rum raisins. Grease the dough with crème, roll up, place into the baking sheet and bake at 170-180 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes.
