East German style noodles in tomato sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 400 grams noodles
  • 1.5 tablespoons flour
  • 400 milliliters water
  • 1 package of tomato paste
  • tomato ketchup
  • salt
  • sugar
  • 1.5 tablespoons butter

Preparation method (receipt)

Grind the onion. Boil the noodles according to package directions. In a saucepan melt the butter, add flour, saute it, add water, stirring constantly. Add the tomato paste, tomato ketchup, onions. Simmer a few minutes, season with salt and sugar, add strained noodles, stir and serve.
