Garlic champignons


  • 400 grams champignons
  • 3 parsley sprigs
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel mushrooms and garlic, slice finely. Chop the parsley. Fry mushrooms in the vegetable oil, add garlic and parsley. Fry all together a bit on high heat, salt and pepper.
