Bremen style charcuterie


  • 1 kilogram meat
  • 1 pork heart
  • 2 liter meat broth
  • 250 grams oat flakes
  • 4 onion cubes
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • allspice
  • salt cucumber

Preparation method (receipt)

Soak oat flakes in the hot broth. Slice the meat and heart and mince, place into the broth with onion and spices, boil, stirring occasionally. Place portions of mixture with spoon into the pan and fry on the each side, serve with pickled cucumber.
