Bacon pancakes with


  • 50 grams flour
  • 65 milliliters milk
  • 1 egg
  • 0,5 teaspoons salt 0,5 teaspoons sugar
  • pinch of marjoram
  • 10 grams lard or butter
  • 0,5 onion
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Mix the flour, milk, egg, salt and sugar. Leave for 10-30 minutes for swelling. Cut onion into circles, fry in the butter until golden brown, remove from a pan. Place the diced bacon into a pan and fry. Pour the dough into a pan. Flip, sprinkle with onion rings, marjoram and pepper.
