Salad with herring from Warnemunde

Ingredients

  • 6 salted herrings
  • 4 apples
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 orange
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 0.5 cups of pickled cucumbers
  • 1 cup boiled beets
  • 100 milliliters vinegar with water
  • sugar
  • pepper
  • cucumber marinade

Preparation method (receipt)

Soak herring in the water for several hours, and then to cut into fillets and cut into slices. Clean fruit, cucumbers and beets, cut into cubes. Coarsely chop the eggs.
