Potato salad with herring and green beans


  • 5 herring fillets
  • 6 potatoes
  • 500 grams green beans
  • 0,5 onions
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • pepper
  • eggs
  • thyme

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel and dice the potatoes. Wash green beans, break off the tough ends. Boil the potatoes and green beans with the addition of thyme for 20 minutes, decant. Finely chop the onion, mix it with beans and potatoes. Cut into small pieces herring mix with other ingredients. Let stand for 2 hours, served with quartered boiled eggs.
