Vegetable salad with ham-tuna dressing


  • 50 grams iceberg lettuce
  • 0,5 small cucumber ,peeled and finely chopped
  • 0.5 tomato, finely chopped
  • 30 grams canned corn
  • 50 grams julienned ham
  • 0,5 a hard-boiled egg, chopped
  • 0.25 bunch of green onions, chopped
  • For the filling: 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 30 milliliters natural fat-free yogurt or sour cream
  • 0.25 clove of garlic, passed through the press
  • 30 grams canned natural tuna, mashed
  • 30 grams grated cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice

Preparation method (receipt)

Put all the ingredients in layers in the salad bowl. Whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, garlic, tuna, lemon juice and cheese for the filling. Add sauce and let stand for about several hours in the fridge.
