Potato salad"Millie"


  • 200 grams potatoes
  • 1 herring fillet
  • 0,5 onion
  • 1 apple
  • 0,5 pickled cucumber
  • 50 grams mayonnaise
  • 0,5 tablespoons cream, 1 tablespoon canned cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 0.25 bunch of dill
  • spicy mustard
  • salt

Preparation method (receipt)

Boil jacket potatoes, peel and dice. Chop the onion, apple and pickled cucumber. Chop finely the dill, slice the herring fillet, add to the potatoes. Mix the mayonnaise with mustard, canned cranberries, season with salt and pepper, dress the salad and let it stand for 3 hours.
