Shrimp cocktail


  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 1 tablespoon semi dry sherry
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • iceberg lettuce
  • 350 grams shrimps
  • 1 lemon
  • dill
  • Tabasco
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise, tomato paste, cream and a little Tabasco, sherry and lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Chop salad, put on a plate or in glasses. Top with cooked shrimps, pour the sauce and garnish with dill and lemon slice.
