Smoked herring with tomato salad


  • 5 tomatoes
  • 0.5 bunch of green onion
  • 2 onions
  • 4 smoked herring fillets
  • 5 brown champignons
  • 125 grams bacon, diced
  • 4 tablespoons light balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Wash tomatoes and cut into circles. Put on a plate overlap. Slice the green onions thin rings. Wipe mushrooms dry. Cut small slices of herring. Melt the lard in a frying pan and fry to a crisp. Add the onion, saute. Share. Fry the mushrooms, put them to the onions. In the a frying pan, in which grilled onions and mushrooms, pour the honey, vinegar, mustard, pepper and salt, mix well. Put salad of tomatoes, place the pieces of herring on top, sprinkle with green onions and pour sauce.
