Pumpkin pancakes

Ingredients

  • 500 grams pumpkin pulp , diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 7.5 grams baking powder
  • 175 grams flour
  • vegetable oil for frying, sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling

Preparation method (receipt)

Boil or steam pumpkin, mash into a puree. Add remaining ingredients, fry in vegatable oil small pancakes, spreading a tablespoon of them. Serve with sugar and cinnamon.
