Apple-banana pancakes


  • 175 grams flour
  • 60 grams sugar
  • 250 milliliters milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 package of vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 apple
  • 1 banana

Preparation method (receipt)

Mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and vanilla sugar. Clear apple and cut into small slices. Peel banana, mash with a fork and add to the dough. Mix all with milk in mixer. Cook pancakes (somewhere about 6 tablespoons of dough) in butter or margarine until golden brown on both sides.
