Mix the flour, butter, sugar, eggs and salt until a smooth dough, wrap in plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator. Grate the apples on a coarse grater, add sugar (to taste) and cinnamon. Divide the dough into unequal parts (1/3 and 2/3). Roll out the larger piece and pave the bottom and sides form, put the stuffing. A smaller part of the roll and also to close the apples, carefully seal the edges. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius about 45 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
