Cold Dishes
On the eve of boil until cooked potatoes in their skins. Clean it and cut into thin slices, add the vinegar, salt and pepper, mix well. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, saute the red onion, cut into small cubes. Pour in the broth, bring to a boil, pour the cooked potato mixture. Fry the bacon to a crisp, add the greaves to the salad and season to taste.
