Lentils salad with duck breast in yogurt-orange dressing


  • 2 duck breasts
  • 150 grams orange lentils
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • For the sauce: 1 orange
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 0.5 teaspoons cumin
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil for frying

Preparation method (receipt)

Rinse the lentils and cook until tender in salted boiling water. Rinse and allow to cool. Fry sesame until golden in a pan without oil. Stir in the lentils. Duck breast crosswise incision of the skin, rub with salt and pepper. Heat the oil and fry breast 8-10 minutes (depending on thickness). Cut into slices (breast inside should still be raw), another fry. Squeeze the juice from the oranges, mix with yogurt, season zira, salt and pepper.
