Bavarian style sausage salad


  • 65 grams sausages without garlic
  • 50 grams onions
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 0,25 tablespoons medium soft mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • salt and ground black pepper\n

Preparation method (receipt)

Mix the vegetable oil, mustard, white wine vinegar, water and ground black pepper. Cut onion into thin circles, peel sausages and cut into shreds. Place onions and sausages in the marinade and let stand for 30 minutes, then put in the fridge. Salt and serving.
