Ingredients

• 4 stale wheat buns
• 400 milliliters milk
• 2 eggs
• 100 grams sugar
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons butter

Preparation method (receipt)

Mix the cinnamon and sugar. Cut rolls in half. Beat the eggs with the milk, soak them in buns. Melt the butter and fry them in buns and serve, sprinkled liberally with sugar and cinnamon.
