Roasted almonds


  • 200 grams almonds
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 100 milliliters water
  • 1 package of vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoons cinnamon

Pour the sugar in a pan made of stainless steel, vanilla sugar and cinnamon, add water, bring to a boil, without stirring. Add almonds. Mix and cook on high heat, then reduce the heat. Cook until the almonds will not get shine. Put the weight on the pan, smooth and cool.
