"Red porridge"


  • 450 grams canned red berries
  • 250 milliliters double cream
  • 250g pasty cottage cheese
  • 70 grams sugar powder
  • 2 tablespoons egg liqueur
  • biscuits

Preparation method (receipt)

Whisk the cream until stable peaks, mix with cottage cheese, egg liqueur and sugar powder. Put the cream with red berries in layers into glasses . Decorate with biscuits.
