Stewed plums


  • 500 grams plums
  • 5 tablespoons red wine
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 package of vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoons cinnamon

Preparation method (receipt)

Wash plums, remove the seeds, cut into 4 pieces, put in a pot. Pour the wine, add sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and without interfering with, stew until tender. If necessary, add sugar to taste. Serve chilled.
