Apple-raspberry pudding


  • 250 grams apples
  • 90 milliliters natural apple juice
  • 15 grams sugar
  • 0,25 package of vanilla pudding powder
  • 60 grams frozen raspberries

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel apples, slice into pieces and stew with an apple juice and sugar until soft. Dissolve the pudding powder in the water according to the instructions on the package, add to the apple mixture and bring to a boil, add frozen raspberries and place into dessert saucers. Put in the fridge until serving. Decorate with whipped cream and serve.
