Curd dessert with cherries


  • 500 grams pasty cheese
  • 400 grams creamy cheese
  • 400 milliliters cream
  • 2 packages of vanilla sugar
  • 2 cups of cherry
  • 170 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 grams almond flakes

Preparation method (receipt)

Pour almond on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown. Decant canned cherries. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar. Add cottage cheese, cream cheese, salt and sugar. Put glasses in layers, sprinkle with almonds.
