Curry sauce with onions

Ingredients

  • 5 onions
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying
  • 2 tablespoons curry
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 500 milliliters tomato trade winds
  • red wine vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sugar
  • paprika powder

Preparation method (receipt)

Cut peeled onion into semicircles, sauté in the vegetable oil, add curry powder and tomato paste, fry. Add tomato trade winds and vinegar, stew for 1-3 minutes, season to taste. Dissolve the sauce with some water or broth, if it is too thick.
