Onion sauce


  • 4 large onions
  • 20 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 150 milliliters vegetable broth
  • 100 milliliters demi-sec red wine

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel and cut the onion into thin rings. Melt the butter in a small saucepan, saute the onions until golden brown, reduce the heat and pour half of the wine, a minute later, add 100 milliliters of broth, cook, stirring for 5 minutes, add the rest of the broth. In the finished soup to pour the remaining wine.
