Horseradish sauce


  • 20 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 125 milliliters milk, 125 milliliters meat broth
  • 40 grams grated horseradish
  • lemon juice
  • sugar
  • salt

Preparation method (receipt)

Melt the butter and saute the flour until creamy. Pour the milk, stirring constantly whisk, add the broth and cook over low heat until thickened (about 10 minutes). Add the grated horseradish, bring to a boil, season with lemon juice, salt and sugar and serve hot.
