  • 2 handfuls of wild mustard flowers
  • 3 small leaves of wild mustard
  • 250 grams butter at room temperature
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • canola oil
  • lemon juice

Preparation method (receipt)

Chop the leaves and flowers of wild mustard, mix with the remaining ingredients, adding a little rapeseed oil and lemon juice to taste, put in tins or wrap in foil and put into the freezer.
