Spiced butter for steak and grill


  • 125 grams butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon herbs, chopped
  • pepper and salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons paprika powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons iodized salt with herbs
  • 0.5 teaspoons spices to taste

Preparation method (receipt)

Mash diced butter with fork, add garlic,herbs, spices, salt and pepper. Grind until smooth, cool. You can roll up a cylinder, wrap in a food film and freeze. Slice into portions and serve.
