Butter pie

Ingredients

  • 500 grams flour
  • 1 cube of fresh yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 60 grams butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 60 grams sugar
  • 250 milliliters milk
  • fat for greasing form
  • 1 package of almond flakes
  • 50 grams icing sugar
  • 125 grams butter flakes
  • 200 milliliters cream

Preparation method (receipt)

Make a yeast dough, roll out, place in the greased form, let to rise. Spread over the top almond flakes, sugar,icing sugar, push in the dough and cover with butter. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Pour 200 milliliters cream over the hot pie and serve.
