Apple-curd pancakes


  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 250 grams pasty cottage cheese
  • 1 package of vanilla pudding
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons rum
  • 150 grams apples
  • ghee

Preparation method (receipt)

Mix the egg with sugar until light cream state, add cottage cheese, vanilla pudding powder; lemon juice, salt, rum and grated apple. Fry the pancakes on the melted butter on both sides and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
