• 500 grams flour
  • 225 milliliters warm milk
  • 1 package of dry yeast or 20 grams fresh yeast
  • 100 grams melted butter
  • 50 grams sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons rum
  • 3 egg yolks

Preparation method (receipt)

Mix all the dry ingredients, add the melted butter, egg yolks, rum and warmed milk, knead a smooth elastic dough. Cover with a towel or foil and leave for 30 minutes to approach. Divide into 3 equal parts, each of which roll into a long sausage. Weave braid of them, put on a baking sheet, greased and leave for another 30 minutes. Coat with egg white and bake 35 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
