Baked in the oven pork schnitzels

Ingredients

  • 6 small pork schnitzels (150g)
  • 3 onions
  • 250 grams shpik
  • 250 milliliters vegetable broth
  • 500 milliliters cream
  • 300 grams champignons
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • nutmeg

Preparation method (receipt)

Cut the bacon into cubes and heated with a frying pan, fry the fat in obtaining chopped onions. Add coarsely chopped mushrooms, pour in the cream and season with salt, pepper, oregano and nutmeg. Put pork schnitzel in a form, fill cooked cream sauce with mushrooms, pour in broth and cook at 160 degrees Celsius about 30 minutes.
