Roast pork on the coals


  • 600 grams pork pulp
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 0,5 teaspoons thyme
  • 3 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 0,5 bottle of dark beer
  • 0.5 clove of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 20 grams margarine
  • pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Cut the pork into large cubes, rub with salt and pepper, add the oregano, thyme, mustard and oil, mix well. Firmly put into a container, pour beer. Peel and chop the onion and garlic, add to the meat. Leave to marinate for at least 12 hours. Broil skewers under the grill or coals.
