Meat roll with egg


  • 500 grams minced meat
  • 500g minced sausages
  • 250 grams cooked ham, diced
  • 250 grams grated Gouda cheese
  • 250 grams champignons
  • 4 onions, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika powder

Preparation method (receipt)

Mix all ingredients, besides hard-boiled eggs. Season to taste, place a half of the minced meat in the baking form, make holes on the top and place eggs into them, add the remaining meat, tamp. Bake at 220-240 degrees Celsius for 45-60 minutes.
