Baden style potato noodles with sauerkraut


  • 500 grams potato noodles
  • 1 can of sauerkraut
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper
  • ground nutmeg
  • 1 bunch of chive
  • 100 grams smoked pork breast

Preparation method (receipt)

Dice finely the pork and onion, fry in the vegetable oil, add potato noddles and cook according to the package instruction. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, mix with sauerkraut, sprinkle with chopped chive and serve.
