Cold Dishes
Cut the bread into cubes the size of 0.5-1 centimeters, fry 1-2 tablespoons oil, set aside. In a frying pan heat the mixture of butter and lard and fry it rings onion, add the cumin and passed through a press garlic clove. Bring to a boil broth with the addition of marjoram. Put in a dish of bread cubes and fried onion, pour broth and sprinkle with chopped chives.
